After studying piano and saxophone at the conservatory, Thomas first played diatonic harmonica and blues, then discovered jazz and the chromatic harmonica. He also studied chromatic harmonica with Laurent Maur for 2 years.

Thomas also took professional courses for Saxophone and Harmonica at the National Federation of Jazz Influence School. In addition to the ensemble Liouane (oriental music), he currently performs in several musical projects, mainly on the harmonica:

As part of these various musical projects he has already performed at the Olympia, La Cigale and the International Samois Jazz Festival on Scene. He also performed a contemporary work of G. Kurtag with the Orchester Nationale de Lyon. Thomas also tours in England, Germany, Belgium and Reunion as well as participating in many recordings.
